  • Visible Mending

    This is my preferred method of mending. It involves using materials and methods that make a feature out of the repair.

    This is the kind of method I will suggest for any repairs that aren't structural.

  • Good as New

    This method means doing what's need to get the product back to its original condition & potentially strengthening it to ensure the repair isn't needed again anytime soon.

    This is the kind of method I will suggest for any repairs that are structural.

How It Works: Bombus Products

1. Fill out this form with details of your product & the repairs needed. Please provide as many photos as possible.

2. I'll be in touch via email to discuss the repair & what's possible.

3. Once we are both happy with the repair plans, I will provide an address for the item(s) to be mailed to. You will need to cover shipping costs to send the product for repair but Bombus will ship it back at no cost.

4. The repair will be completed within 10 working days of receiving the item(s) unless stated otherwise when discussing the repairs.

How It Works: Other Products

1. Fill out this form with details of your product & the repairs needed. Please provide as many photos as possible.

2. I'll be in touch via email to discuss the repair, the cost & what's possible. All repairs start at £25 (excluding shipping).

3. Once we are both happy with the repair plan, I will provide an address for the item(s) to be mailed to & send an invoice. You will need to cover shipping costs on your end and shipping to return the product to you will be included in the costs.

4. The repair will be completed within 10 working days of receiving the item(s) unless stated otherwise when discussing the repairs. Item(s) will only be sent once the invoice has been paid.
