If you've ordered a made-to-order, we aim to have products made and shipped within 10 working days. If our processing times are significantly longer it should state so at the top of our site and you will be informed at check out.

We ship from the UK via Royal Mail. All orders are packed using fully recyclable materials. Shipping costs are based on location and the total weight of your order.

WORLDWIDE: £14.99 - £34.99

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Wrong size? Changed your mind?

Bombus Artisanal offers returns & exchanges 14 working days from shipping for UK customers and 30 working days from shipping for the rest of the world. Customers will have to pay for return & exchange shipping.

Refunds will be processed upon recieving the item(s) and can be expected within 10 business days.

Please note that due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee the same prints or colours for exchanges.
